Sr. Manager Billing-Mumbai

A leading logistics and supply chain organisation CTC-15 Lakhs


Candidate should have  Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.Masters degree (in any discipline) or MBA (preferable).6 – 10 years in a financial management role, including 4-6 years managerial experience in a large organisation.
Operational Accounting Management.
-    Ensure timely closing.
-    Analyse GP performance on monthly basis & reporting the same to Management
-    Co-ordinate with Ops for Service tax compliance
-    Identify and drive process improvements.
-    Control over customer advance clearance
-    Co-ordinate with Ops for data quality
-    Periodical review of pending estimates & open debits
-    Ensure Audit compliance related to Operational Accounting
-    Review billing status and ensure timely billing.

Reporting
-    Prepare related schedules for management information.
-    Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly management reports and schedules.
-    Compile statistics for management control purposes.
-    Report Exceptions

System & Process Support
-    System & process support to Sub-region
-    Process improvement thru query, macro & Automation
§ Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department.
§ Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department.
§ Develop KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance.
§ Consult performance appraisal.
§ Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.
§ Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.
