CTC- 28 Lakhs
Candidate should have Bachelors or Masters Degree level in Marketing.
Minimum 8-10 years in Business Development Experience in Business tools ( MS Products)
Minimum 5 years experience in working and accomplishing tasks within a cross-functional/matrix type organization.- Manage business relationship with All GCS, MNC and designated INDIAN CORPORATES
- To remain updated on Industry developments.
- Profile business potential of the above customers & set the budget for the vertical.
- Manage & direct a team of KAM’s, BD’s & other resources specific to the vertical. Ensure continual development of team members through training & personal coaching.
- Understand the customer’s business requirements & position DGF services accordingly. Create
tailor made solutions as required.
- Ensure that a detailed customer plan is in place for each customer in the vertical.
- Be responsible for setting up of processes for maintenance of existing customers.
- Drive the process of developing business with new customers in the vertical.
- Proactively planning and involving country regional teams & product teams for service delivery & new business development.
- Ensure commercials & SOP’s are in order for all customers
- Quarterly review of the budget against achievement with M&S Director.
- Maintain a schedule to visit customers in the regions.
- Maintain Danzsale Data Integrity.
- Ensure all required reports are sent on agreed timeline to the corporate office.
- Put in a place a review mechanism (internally and externally) for all customers by ensuring Quarterly Business Review’s are organized by the respective KAM’s.
- Ensuring the RFQ/RFP’s are attended on time and support the RFQ Team at corporate and the regional team in ASPA for the closure of these bids in our favour.
- Maintain an organogram for the team & share the same with the network to ensure smooth communication flow.
- Develop regular interaction with Global & regional teams. Share best practices from other locations / customers locally and leverage on our Global & regional relationships.
- Mentor/coach the internal Sales support team on Industry specific initiatives and knowledge for better understanding and customer involvement of other functional stakeholders involved in the day-to-day operation and management of a customer solution. Manages all individual contributors in the team.
