Project Engineer- Mumbai

A Company is an outstanding market leader in its traditional businesses of Cigarettes, Hotels, Paperboards, Packaging and Agri-Exports

• Candidate should be BE Electrical
• 2-4 yrs of experience
• Throughout Experience in High rise Building in Civil and Infrastructure Projects
• Responsibilities include Site Supervision of all electrical, HVAC, Fire and smoke devices, Access control and CCTV  installation and testing commissioning and handover. 
• Review / Design moderation of a project at site
• Active participation in periodic maintenance activities at the client’s site.
• Quality control activities
• Vendor follow up, Project co-ordination, planning with contractor and client
• Management & execution of Electrical works in interiors project.
• Attending and managing financial and technical Negotiation with sub-contractors, Architects, PMC and clients
• Co-coordinating works with PMC, Architect, and Consultants & Clients. to achieve uninterrupted work and cost implication if any.
• Managements of Manpower and Material as per requirements.
• Co-ordinating works with Architect & Consultant for Preparation of Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings,
• Estimating the quantity of material as per drawing & making purchase order & Bill of material.
• Co-ordination with PMC, Consultants for measurements & certification  of Bills
• Co-ordination work with sub-contractors.
• Checking of all quality control parameters.
• Monitoring project time and hindrances.
• Checking and approving all vendors/sub-contractors payment.
• Setup the office and involved in handing over procedure of project to the client in all respect.
• Liaison with Statutory Authorities under guidance of consultatnts, client and Architects.    
• Checking of daily work progress of work and report to the contractor office.
• Arrangement of man power for the work under progress.
• Maintain the record of attendance of workman.
