Candidate has to be preferably a Mechanical, Electronics or Production Engineering graduate with relevant experience in Quality Systems, Processes, Continual Improvement areas.  Please avoid Chemical, Polymer Engineers as much as possible, unless there are exceptional quality experience.12 to 14 yrs exp  At least 7 yrs in Quality .
Candidate should be from  Automobile (TVS, Toyota Kirloskar, Visteon, Mahindras, etc), -          Hi Tech Fabrication (Thermax), Packaging Industries (Tetrapack)

Quality Assurance :

·      Conducting Process Audit, product Audit & 5 `S' Audit.

·      Process control by statistical techniques.

·      Control on the Quality of Incoming materials.

·      Rejection Control through Short term & Long-term action.

·      Knowledge of Six sigma, APQP, PPAP, MSA and SPC

·      Knowledge of problem solving techniques.

Management Representative

·      Looking after all the activities of ISO 9001:2000 as MR like QMS implementation throughout the Organization also good knowledge of TS 16949.

·      Conducting Internal Audits in all the Departments.

·      Conducting Management Review Meetings.

·      Process improvements projects.

Customer Complaints :

·      Team Leader for any issue related with Quality of Printed tubes & Laminate at customer end.

·      Containment, Corrective & Permanent action for all the customer complaints.

·      Root Cause analysis by 8D,4 blocker.

·      Customer feedback by visiting customer & corrective actions for all the verbal complaints & checking effectiveness at regular intervals.

Vedor Assessment :

·      Visiting at Supplier to audit the implementation of QMS at their end.

·      Monitoring of supplier quality performance & action plan for improvement.
