Candidate should be Graduate.10yrs.experience in facilities & General office administration. Should be able to priortise tasks, should be able to work under challenging schedules.
Supervision & Control of Administration functions. Liaison with Government agencies for regulatory approvals.
Handling complete Facilities (Safety, Security, Repair, Fire Fighting system, Pest Control, Water Supply, Company provided Transport), infrastructure set up & maintenance and coordinating with architects for interiors for the same.
Handling complete administration of the organization, office Utilities & assets management, look after discipline matters related to Housekeeping Staff.
Ensure effective maintenance of large sized facilities including infrastructure, buildings and guesthouse.
Prepare lease agreements new / renewals. Budgeting & expenditure control Preparation of budgets for the Department. Presentation to the Management, Monitoring of Budgetary expenses, Variance analysis of Budget vs. actual expenses Liaison, travel, hotel budgets control Monitor travel policies Liaison with auditors.
