Manager Recruitment & Performance Appraisal - Mumbai

Candidate should be MBA HR.At least 8yrs. experience in Recruitment & Performance Appraisal systems. (Experience in T&D would be an added advantage). 
Recruitment Role:
1. Handling end to end Recruitment with a team of Recruitment executives
2. Fulfilling the resource requirements within the defined time frame specified in the approved indent for existing as well future requirements.
3. Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback to interview teams and candidates.
4. Vendor Management, MIS reporting with regards to attrition, bench strength etc.
5. Visits to Engineering colleges, CIPET institutes all over India, for recruitment activities and establishing & maintaining relationships.
6. Designing and creating ads and publishing them in various media like Job Portals, Print Media, Company Website.
7. Develop Processes in related areas and aggressively working towards implementation and streamlining the same across units.

Performance Appraisal Role:
To design various performance appraisal templates
To design Career path model, methods of setting targets
Processing of performance appraisals
To build & sustain a high performance culture across the organisation,
To ensure that all Units have PMS consistently applied, controlled & aligned to business strategies
Oversee the design & development of compensation strategy & programs Management of poor performers (improvement, re-deployment, termination)
