• Handling the team of 18 Unit Managers
• Monitoring of Recruiting of quality Advisors / Agency Development.
• Imparting training to Unit Manager & Advisors.
• Generating new ideas for the business.
• Producing company club members.
• Motivating and accelerating team.
• Following up the cases for better service to the customer.
• Developing Marketing Strategies, Innovative & Informative Promotional Programs to address key issues related to investments and taxation, create awareness.
• Ensuring that business is conducted in line with Company’s policies, ethical practices, Vision, Mission and Core Values. 
• Developing Unit Managers & Advisors with regards to the company objectives & vision.
• Responsible to lead the entire Sales Operation & seek continuously new ideas for the benefit of the Organization.
