The company is one of the leading company in packaging.


Candidate should be B.E.
Min. 6 yrs exp.

1.    To work on Quality issues with cross functional team in implementing CAPA for achieving the entitlement of zero defects in products that are manufactured.

2.    Ensuring preventive maintenance of Blown Film as per schedule.

3.    Receipt and review of plans and its implementations.

4.    Identify potential causes for breakdowns related to process/machine & plan corrective action.

5.    Monitoring & review of non-conforming product & carry out rework/disposal accordingly.

6.    Data analysis for planning and executing corrective & preventive action.

7.    Review of department objectives.

8.    Preparation of  reports Like- MIS, Month end Stock.

9.    To implement Good manufacturing practices in the Department.

10.  Work with Process engineering team on Continuous improvement Projects for productivity & yield increase on Focus areas (Tape manufacture & Converting operations).

11.  Plan for up keep of machines; work on 5S & Kaizen improvements

12.  Create Schedule for technicians & plan for consumables on monthly basis .

13.  Conduct training & workshops related to routine operations, Safety & Quality management. 14.  To troubleshoot interruptions to productions & ensure smooth operations.
