Job Components:
Duties & Responsibilities
1.Ensuring that staff are commenced in employment smoothly and that during their employment, they receive appropriate advice and support.
2.Action enquiries from members of staff regarding policies & procedures.
3.Ensure that the Company operates within current and local employment law, policies and procedures, and applies good practice, creating and sustaining our reputation as a good employer, eg. by advising employees and managers appropriately.
4.Interacts with Business Delivery Managers to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction & engagement and appropriately plans, facilitates and monitors Employee Programs and reports out the same.
5.Facilitates formally and informally Business Delivery Manager & ER joint procedures in Employment Law awareness, CAP procedures, Disciplinary procedures, Employee Grievance, Performance Reviews & Employee Termination.
6.Conduct exit interviews for members of staff who have voluntary terminated.
7.Support the Regional Employee Services team in Data management; Payroll
related inputs; Leave Management and related deliverables.
8.Participate in Human Capital projects or initiatives, and attend any required meetings, or be a representative of the Human Capital team during such activities.
9.Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by the ER Lead/ Manager.
