Increased rural penetration by monitoring Zonal Territory Managers

Opened new outlet’s in Rural & urban town

Target area for coverage (based on potential/viability and resources available)

Consolidation (coverage + norms) of high potential market and then expand to next priority market. Manpower Development

 Appointing  new distributors and dealer in each & every rural town .

 Increase sales through proper coverage of outlets, signature display and Regular merchandising.
