Candidate should be Graduate or MBA or LLB.
The company is one of the leading company in packaging.

Min. 8 years exp.
Leadership:

Can manage interfaces and conflicts with other HOD’s. Understands and responds to needs and expectations of other HOD’s.
Has emotional maturity to manage tough people issues.

Ability to manage Union:

Has good understanding of working and dynamics of Union system.
Is well versed with negotiation process.
Can develop and network and rapport with Union leaders.
Can influence Union members for implementing changes.

Legal acumen:

Has good understanding of various labor laws and their impact on working on organization.
Can develop system and practices in HR within the framework of law for delivering business results.
Has good understanding and exposure to labor court proceeding, domestic enquires and discipline procedures.
Can deal with government officers well in advert situations.

Personnel administration:

Has good understanding of attendance & payroll system.
Can develop HR practices that enhances employee capabilities and productivity.
Has good understanding of managing employee services with minimum cost.

Budgeting process:

Has experience of preparing annual finance budget for HR, track monthly variance.
Improve cost effectiveness of administration services year on year through close monitoring and implementation of new ideas.
Has good understanding of basic HR practices such as Recruitment, Induction, PMS and Training.
Has developmental orientation, knows good work practices at factory level.
