• Candidate should be MBA is must from any B schools of management
• 5 yrs of experience
• Should be strong into recruitments from junior to senior level.
• Preferred from CD, Fmcg, Financial & banking, Retail & Telecom
• Key Responsibilities:-
• He will take care of recruitments for PAN INDIA from junior to senior level.
• Should be having at least 5+yrs of exp into Recruitment with any of the good reputed corporate.
• Initially he will be taking care of recruitments only and later on he get into Employee engagement, Employee satisfaction n training n other programs.
• He will be getting support of two HR Executives been based at Gurgaon.
• He has to coordinate with the regional HR for the updates on the open requirements.
