- Key Responsibilities:-
- He will take care of recruitments for PAN INDIA from junior to senior level.
- Should be having at least 5+yrs of exp into Recruitment with any of the good reputed corporate.
- Initially he will be taking care of recruitments only and later on he get into Employee engagement, Employee satisfaction n training n other programs.
- He will be getting support of two HR Executives been based at Gurgaon.
- He has to coordinate with the regional HR for the updates on the open requirements.
