- This work involved evaluation of novel technologies for gene expression profiling including Mass Array, b-DNA, quantitative nuclease protection assays and cell direct quantitative PCR.
- Produced recombinant proteins, including several kinases for High throughput screening.
- Developed stable recombinant cell lines for cell based High throughput screening
- Implemented qRT-PCR for viral titer assay (for baculovirus)
- Highly involved in process improvements related protein expression and characterization.
- Served as reviewer for new projects proposed for high throughput screening
- Currently supporting Muscular Disease area projects for Screening and post screening activities
