- Candidate should be Graduate or MBA
- 10 years experience in handling sales teams independently.
- Solid knowledge of both front-end and back-end methodologies,tools and best practices

- Strategic Planning
- Conceptualize result-oriented marketing strategies for steering accomplishment of top-line profitability in the line with companies macro plans
- Appraise the prevalent market scenario in terms of competitive movements and accordingly implement strategies for generation of maximum benefit
- Analyze marketing trends and track competitors’ activities
- Provide valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine tuning sales & marketing strategies
- Spearhead the entire spectrum of marketing activities and ensure optimum product penetration and reach
- Set sales targets and strategize for achievement of the same
- Database Management
- Capture client inquiries
- Allocate inquiries to relevant Sales Heads
- Maintain customer database up to date, in order to keep the information generated from the sales activities in a structured manner
- Maintain product database for effective processing of client requirement & offer solutions at the onset
- Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Sales team management
- Coordinate, follow-up and review the implementation of the sales and marketing plan in order to achieve the agreed objectives
- Monitor sales targets periodically and align as necessary through MIS on daily & weekly activity of sales
- Manage, control, coach and evaluate the staff, in order to give necessary support and guide the employees towards optimum performance.
- Organize required trainings (external / internal) for his team to deliver high standard of customer service
- Brand Management
- Augment brand visibility through multifarious means such as promotions & advertisements.
- Plan and implement new promotional strategies like participating in exhibitions, marketing fairs, customer meets, etc. as a part of market development and brand building effort
- Customer Relationship Management
- Identify prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets. Resolving customer queries and following up with them to ensure maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
- Learn about organization’s products and services capabilities and keeping up to date with changes to offer best solutions to clients
- Build an edge over developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses
- Client Servicing
- Provide help and advice to customers using your organization’s products and services
- Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
- Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by sales/service assistants
- Analyze statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the organization is providing
- Communicate reports analyzing the customer service that the organization provides
- Visit customers to provide a one-to-one service
- Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
