- Job Profile -
- Will be responsible for overall IT operations in the Circle.
- Will lead the outsourced IT team comprising of Infrastructure and Application team members in the Circle.
- Will represent IT in Circle reviews, forums and Projects.
- Responsible for smooth IT support to business, and ensure internal Customer Satisfaction.
- Ensure proper functionality and delivery of Applications and Solutions deployed for Circle business support. (eg. CRM, ERP, Billing, Provisioning, VAS, MIS, ETopup, RA, FMS, Intranet, Email, etc.)
- Identify the shortfall in IT infrastructure & Plan for augmentation in consultation with Regional IT Head.
- Project implementation to drive timely delivery & installation of new IT equipments at offices/ showrooms / call centers of company, by coordinating between Ops & Project teams.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and committed timelines for all IT functionalities concerning the circle.
- Interact with Circle user teams on a daily basis to run the cross-functional IT processes.
- Work closely with Circle Management Team and Regional IT Management.
- Ensure compliance of quality norms and processes by the team
- Establish mechanism to report activities/issues and track them to closure.
- Essential Competencies-
- Good and comprehensive IT Infrastructure and Applications knowledge with experience in setup and operation in Telecom environment.
- Must be working as Manager or Project Lead.
- Exposure to Circle IT Operations in a Telecom Service provider project a big plus.
- Technical Competencies-
- Good exposure to OSS/BSS applications like Billing, CRM, ERP, Mediation, VAS, RA, FMS, etc.
- Well versed with IT Infrastructure support including LAN/WAN, Helpdesk, Call Center Technology.
