Key Result Areas:


-Identify, develop and update the training needs for all services in the IFM division
-Plan and direct all trainings in terms of content, systems and policies
-Implement overall training strategy and calendar as evolved at Head Office
-Interact with clients periodically for their feedback on the performance of Sodexo employees
-Research different methods of training pertaining to different levels and groups of employees at sites and office
-Build relationships and liaise with partners or suppliers to provide external training
-Provide counselling services to all employees for training issues and requests
-Interact and coordinate with the personnel on-site as well as HR personnel to address all training-related issues
-Work closely with the support of all Zonal Managers to complete training programs successfully
-Communicate clearly with other departments to carry out projects effectively
-Complete and maintain training programs and projects within the approved budget and established time frame
-Analyze trends and data to ensure operationally sound training systems
-Update and write policies and procedures clearly and concisely in a timely manner
-Take initiatives to organize welfare activities and employee engagement programs to ensure ongoing growth and development of employees at all levels
-Set up of relationships and liaison with consultants, placement agencies and catering, engineering, hotel management schools for management trainees or apprentices
-Implement and follow-up of the training process and effectiveness
-Maintain confidentiality regarding all training material developed and used



Key Competencies:
-Minimum 2 years of training experience preferably in hospitality industry
