- Build relationship with clients and provide exceptional customer service and support
- Provide Tailor made advisory service to the clients & ensure timely market update and research info to the clients
- Prepare and structure “hedging” strategies for corporates
- Ensure reasonable return to the clients & provide trading support
- Revenue and profitability of the desk
- Build up a team and deploy them to acquire clients & extend service & support
- Presentation/networking skill
- Well versed with commodities and risk associated to corporates because of price variations
