Head - Human Resources & Adminstration

A Leading Company in Manufacturing and suppliers of automotive glass, Gurgaon
Candidate should be MBA (HR)Exp. 5-7 years
Responsible for Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Recruitments, Compensation, Appraisals, Separations,Manpower training & Development and other HR Related activities for the company
Co-ordinate with various Department Heads to plan monthly requirement of manpower on annual basis
To prepare & administer the Manpower Budget & Recruitments, Training costs / budget etc for the financial year so as to ensure a check & control on the personnel cost.
To negotiate & finalise CTC offers & letters to the selected candidates keeping in account the Internal Equity of the Company.
To ensure timely recruitment as per plan and cost of recruitment.
To Induct & complete all the joining formalities to ensure the new joinee's satisfaction.
To coordinate the Orientation schedule for new joinees at all locations and acquaint them with work culture & systems & processes of the company.

To prepare the monthly payroll Inputs to ensure the smooth & timely completion & accuracy of monthly payroll process.
To resolve the compesation related queries of all employees including management related so as to ensure the employees' & vendor's satisfaction & smooth functioning of payroll process.
Employees Training & Development
a) To conduct and regulate the induction program to familiarize the new joinnes with the company system/polices
b) To undertake behavioral/technical trainings  for employees to meet organizational needs and enhance capability
c) To track the employee profession level and compare with the required competency and conducting the Behavioral / professional training program
d) To conduct and organize  Behavioural/ technical Training as as to help the employees improve their proficiency level of respective competencies and maintain a high productive workforce
To resolve employee queries/issues/ grievances across locations as & when required to ensure employee satisfaction. 
To coordinate & conduct the exit interviews, complete all Exit formalities &  process the full & final settlements of all separated employees across locations so as to ensure timely resolution of dues.
To conduct & analyse the Exit Interviews / feedbacks  & share them with the respective HODs.
To resolve the escalated issues pertaining to the role of HRIS Incharge.
