Main Purpose of Job:
To plan, implement and manage the IT strategic solutions delivery for Bharti AXA life so as to ensure smooth and cost effective running of day to day business
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensures that the right technology and solutions is available for business efficiency
Ensures that efficient and cost effective IT support is available for operational efficiency of business
Ensures timely and error free delivery of change requests from users as per scope
Responsible for attracting, retaining and growing a competent and professional solutions delivery team

- Business Analysis team
- RITO
External
- Vendors
- Works closely with business analysis team to define business requirements
- Works closely with service delivery team for infrastructure requirements for all projects
- Works closely with vendors for facilitating local solutions procurement
