Job Role:
The candidate would be expected to help create and lead the customer analytics/ CRM unit for the organization, through strategic inputs on both CRM as well as Business Intelligence, and is expected to create a strong unit which provides incisive insights into the business and helps create value for the organization.
The current focus on acquisition is expected to evolve into cross-sell/up-sell initiatives, retention and lapse modeling as well as advanced predictive analytics to help achieve business goals.
The main job responsibilities for the role are:
- Spearhead the creation and strategic management of customer analytics for the org.
- Ensure appropriate analytical support for all the key business initiatives
- Strategize and manage the implementation and administration of Customer Relationship Management tool in the organization
- Setup/evaluation of the DW/BI initiatives and preparing the roadmap for Business Intelligence for the org.
- Build the Customer Analytics team to provide analytics support spanning the entire gamut of business – Customer Acquisition, Campaign Management, Portfolio Analysis, Predictive Modeling and Cross-Sell/Upsell opportunity management
- Work along with other functional units to identify opportunities for analytical inputs which positively impact stated business goals
- Support Key Initiatives for all initiatives through analytical decision support
- Manage delivery of analytical projects in conjunction with cross-functional teams
- Lead key projects like CRM and DW/BI implementations
- Reinforce strong compliance culture
