Qualification:B.Tech / M.S. with 4-6 yrs experience (in a reputed FMCG company) with excellent track record in development of nutritional products. Academic profile can be a combination of (a) Food/Chemical Technology and Nutrition or (b) Food/Chemical Technology and Biochemistry or (c) Nutrition and Biochemistry.
Understand current products, and assess its nutritional status/value to the consumer
Scan the environment and identify emerging trends in nutrition in developing markets and developed markets
Identify Nutraceuticals in existing & emerging in market and assess their utility
Understand the current and proposed manufacturing processes to quantify the impact on nutritional ingredient levels, sensorials etc.
Conduct trials at pilot plant and manufacturing sites
