JOB TITLE:Project Manager

Reporting to:VP- Program Office

Location:Mumbai

Main Purpose of Job:
To execute business critical projects on time, within budget and according to the agreed quality.

Key Result Criteria:

• Proven experience in managing the development and implementation of medium to large projects throughout the project’s life cycle
• Experience in using project control procedures to deliver project outcomes
• Develop project business cases that are robust, where the business rationale is clearly understood and defendable
• Ability to engage project stakeholders
• Communicating (written & oral) project status and progress to all levels of the business
• Develop business plans and budgets for approval
• Ability to develop & run project management training
• Develop appropriate establishment and tracking tools for project Benefit Realisation
• Ability to coach other staff to ensure that their project management capabilities improve
