Reporting to:Head HR

Location:Mumbai

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure the recruitment of the right quality people at the right time and the right cost. Build and maintain a pipeline for key & critical positions by mapping the industry in a structured manner.
• Ensures compliance with processes
• MIS
• Develop and execute a Campus programme. Design and implement an ‘employer branding’ initiatives from time – to – time, in line with Company’s brand image.
• Automation of the Recruitment process
• Vendor Management

WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITHIN BUSINESS UNITS:

• All functional / business managers (All managerial cadre)
• Vendors/ Recruitment consultants
• Head- Recruitment
