KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensure the recruitment of the right quality people at the right time and the right cost. Build and maintain a pipeline for key & critical positions by mapping the industry in a structured manner.
- Ensures compliance with processes
- MIS
- Develop and execute a Campus programme. Design and implement an ‘employer branding’ initiatives from time – to – time, in line with Company’s brand image.
- Automation of the Recruitment process
- Vendor Management
- All functional / business managers (All managerial cadre)
- Vendors/ Recruitment consultants
- Head- Recruitment
