Skills required:

1. Training need analysis, prepares training calendar etc

2. handled behavioral training & competency mapping or people development or carrier

development.

3. Put systems and process in place.

4. Performance Mgmt

a mix of any of the 2 skills would be ok.

Reports into the DGM T&D who in turn reports into the Head HR & Admin

Head HR

Head L&D, Head Resourcing, Head C&B, Head Compliance & IR

Each is incharge of more then one business

There are 7 businesses at the moment they are at the verge of acquiring one more business.

Employee strength is 4000.
