Position Summary:
The position is responsible for providing the support to the Head – Corporate Initiatives for designing and implementing new initiatives for employee development in the Company. It also requires liasoning with all the functions for information sharing and effective outcome.
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
Design programs/ initiatives planned for the year
Manage implementation of the project initiatives and monitor HR Projects.
Drive the implementation of the competency framework in the company
Design and roll-out technical competency framework for the organization
Drive the 360 degree implementation globally
Spearhead succession planning for business critical positions in the company
Identify and implement other best practices in the company
Responsible for facilitating all Best Employer surveys conducted by Consulting companies
Provide support to the pre-sales function to furnish necessary information regarding HR at the time of sending proposals to prospective clients
Conduct regular surveys to help understand the Company position in terms of practices and processes in the market
Be a part of the team to assist in other critical international HR activities
Be part of team to support in implementing performance management system, prevention of Sexual Harassment and other initiatives in the department.
