Designation: CFO / GM - Finance
Job Description:
Pricing models along with cost templates
Produce all monthly financial statements using existing accounting system/create a new one if appropriate
Accounts receivables and payables management and control
Produce all reporting pertaining to cost management & billing
Minimise use of funds/Capex through planning and robust management
Conduct annual Budgeting, Variance analysis process and reporting
Uphold best accounting, asset management, legal practices enabling detailed analyses
Contract review and approval; vetting of purchasing proposals and assistance in negotiations
Ensure effectiveness of finance/accounting systems
Compliance regarding STPI, customs and other areas
Interface with auditors, bank, tax authorities
Preparation on long-term contracts and terms
Requirement:
CA /CWA / MBA - Finance
Legal and contract review experience
Confidence and experience to operate with 2-3 reporting lines (COO, CEO and GTD)
Ability to think strategically and execute as per plan
Experience: Minimum 10 years.
