Job Profile:
  • Handle Independently Accounts upto Finalization, Corporate Budgeting, Annual statutory audit, Monthly, Qtly. Results, MIS Tax audit, Corporate accounts and  Foreign exchange transactions
  • Taxation - Direct and Indirect. Should be well versed with all statutory compliances and taxation matters.
  • Handle loan syndication, project appraisal, sanction/disbursement of term loan, working capital loan and LC/BG transaction.
  • Cash Flow & Fund Flow Analysis
  • Provide recommendations/inputs to Top Mgt. for improvements in accounting processes and systems.
  • Implement adequate internal controls within the Company.
  • Ensure timely completion of quarterly, half yearly, annual audits and liaise with statutory auditors.
  • Generate and analyze monthly and quarterly MIS and Management reports.
  • Liaise with Service Level heads to understand Service Level performance metrics and variances and give insightful analysis on variances.
  • Monitor expenditure actual v/s budgets.

The incumbent should have experience in the field of customer service for an outbound Insurance sales process with at least 2 years in the middle management capacity in a Domestic BPO.

Should be fluent in English, Hindi
