Manager Government Relations

Ø To develop expert knowledge of Government Procedures & Policies.
Ø To develop good inter personal relations with Government officials.

Ø To interpret Government Policies within the Company.
Ø Develop and maintain a positive image of the Company in various Government

Ø To influence Government policies whilst in the formulative stage so that Company’s
interests are protected.
Ø Handling legal matters of Company in Delhi in consultation with Company
Secretary / Solicitors.
Ø To provide advance information wherever possible o any threats to Company’s
interests emanating from the Government
Ø To obtain commercial intelligence of competitors’ from Government sources.
Ø To assist Resident Chief Executive to administer Company’s offices, residences and
warehouse in Delhi.

Corporate Finance Planning & Analysis Manager

Reporting to:AVP Planning & International Business
Key Accountabilities :

Ø Financial evaluation of new product and marketing proposals for GC approvals.
Ø Prepare analyze category P&L
Ø Maintain competitive activity intelligence for cocoa beverages category.
Ø Key member of the IPM/CIG team & action out projects as decided by the team.
Ø Member of VO cocoa beverages team. Analyze cost saving initiatives & give feedback to the
Group.
Ø Mark & Release of standard cost estimate in SAP & update Material Master for all
EM/PM/WIP/FG.
Ø Updating recipe in SAP for Contract workings for the next year as per the inputs received
from S&T
Ø Preparing FSR flow factory-wise based on Production & Sales budget.
Ø Materials Budgeting for Sales tonnage based on MRP explosion in SAP.
Ø Materials Budgeting for Production tonnage for MCC workings by factories.
Ø Work out the Variable Factory Overheads for each budgeted SKU based on the inputs
received from all factories.
Ø Depreciation workings for Contract based on Capex given by each department & forecasted
depreciation on existing asset base for the year.
Ø Economic profitability for each SKU considered in Contract.
Ø Periodic Profitability working for Hyperion (Form 22) submission.
Ø Preparing the Contract documents (incl Manual) – for Presentation, Initial Contract & Final
Contract.
Ø Forecast workings for Region submission for cocoa beverages category.
Ø Working out the Transfer Prices for Exports & Supply Chain.
Ø Submitting workings to CA for signing the Cost Certificates.

Head Legal & CS (Quasi FMCG Company)

Reporting to:Director - Finance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Will Be responsible for -

· All Secretarial, Company Law and other legal matters, including Patent and Trade
Marks,Intellectual Property Rights, etc.
. All Legal, Secretarial and other related Compliances. ( Compliance Management )
· Investor Servicing
· Liaisoning with solicitors, Statutory/ regulatory authorities & other related agencies and
represent the company with appropriate authorities.
· All legal & secretarial matters pertaining to overseas Offices / International
operations, including Legal & Secretarial compliances for all International subsidiaries
and matters related to setting up International offices / Manufacturing facilities.
